My friend and I came to see Phil to get matching tattoos, he was great, drew up a gorgeous design for us, it was my friends first tattoo and he really looked after her. The place is great and everyone we spoke to was lovely. Would 100% visit again!

Amazing experience, had will as my tattoo artist was a great lad making sure everything was fine during the tattoo and very supportive with changing aspects of the design to make it perfect would recommend going there👍

Last week I left Halifax Tattoo Collective a very happy guy, Steve had just spent a couple of hours tattooing an American Baldheaded eagle on my back. His ability to do detail is brilliant. It was exactly what I was after. Cheers, mate.

I have now had two tattoos done at HTC.My first was a few years ago but the service even back then was exceptional!I recently came in a week or two ago for a matching tattoo with my bestie with Luke at the new digs. Which may I add looks incredible!The booking process was super quick and efficient and dealt with quickly over messenger.Arrived on the day and everything was so chill and smooth no issues at all!I wouldn’t go anywhere else so many different artists to chose from to suit all requirementsAlready thinking about my next tattoo! I’ll be back for sure! 💉🖤

I recently came for my first tattoo with Katie, right from first messaging her to book my appointment she was really helpful with explaining things and got me booked in quickly. It was my first tattoo so I was a bit nervous, when I arrived she went through the process with me, we discussed and altered the stencil slightly and she made it to size. When we went up to start the tattoo everyone was really lovely and talkative, and she was very reassuring talking me through what she was doing. She was amazing and so were the rest of the team. I have booked my second appointment and would recommend Katie to anyone

They actually know what there doing, from the initial point of contact to the day of the tattoo, friendly artists who take time to explain what they're going do. I couldn't recommend the place any more best there is

Had my first tattoo today at Halifax Tattoo Collective. Steve was great by helping me with the design and putting me at ease. There was a fantastic vibe and lovely people around. Very happy with my tattoo and not just met my new tattooist but got a new friend.

Everyone was proper welcoming, great people and great process! tattoo came out great and was a warm atmosphere to be in, I was tattoo’d by luke, he was brill! talked me through the whole thing and was a great bloke. 10/10

I was tattooed by the incredible @htc_wade (ig) and i am in LOVE with everything about this place. he made me feel very comfortable with the tattoo and gave me the breaks when i needed them. 110% will be back for more in the future

Fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Halifax Tattoo Collective. From consultation to tattoo the staff were so friendly and helpful. Steve did me a beautiful tattoo, I absolutely love it. Professional and comfortable. The shop has a fantastic, welcoming vibe and a high standard of work. I haven't been tattooed in few years and I will definitely be booking in again!

Luke did me and my daughter a memorial tattoo, he captured everything we wanted. The staff go above and beyond for their customers. I wouldn't trust anyone else to tattoo me. I would recommend 100% . It's worth travelling for quality artists xx

I’ve been going to Halifax tattoo collective for a number of years now and have tattoos by quite a few of the artists there. I travel from Manchester to get my tattoos done here because it’s such an amazing place! You’re made to feel at ease from the minute you walk in, it’s such a relaxed and non judgmental atmosphere. An ideal place for your first tattoo or your 50th! Would 100% recommend this tattoo shop!

Today I had the pleasure of being tattoo by Jade, who firstly is an amazing artist. I reached out in Instagram initially and Jade got back to me really quickly, she provided me with a price quickly (which I always find a little bit awkward asking) and any other information I requested. I came to the shop a little earlier than my appointment and was warmly welcomed by Torz. I was offered a warm drink and had a little time to settle before my appointment, when it was time Jade came and got me and gave me a few different size options, from start to finish Jade was really honest which is really appreciated. The linework is super clean and the design and execution is so beautiful. She was lovely and friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left HTC feeling comfortable and confident and in love with my new tattoo! Thank you so much 🙂

Getting a tattoo is a process not to be taken lightly, so after months of research I booked with Steve. I am absolutely over the moon with my tattoo and the whole experience. Fantastic place to get a tattoo.I went in with very vague & mixed ideas. Had a chat with Steve and he did the rest. He worked super quick and with in no time the tattoo done. The whole of my bottle half of my leg was completed in a day and a half’s worth of sitting. Very happy with my new tattoo dedicated to my kids and their love of or make up and rugby.Really happy with my tattoo now on to the next

Took my niece in for her first adult piercing and the sweetest loveliest Lucy did such an amazing job her bed side manner is just phenomenal and the precision she puts into her work, making sure each clients anatomy is taken into account when piercing along with their comfort and consent every step of the way is breath taking I would not only recommend her but I'd thank her for improving so much of my knowledge on how these experiences/services are meant to be carried out.

I had a great experience at Collective today, as soon as i walked in i felt welcomed. Lucy was the best today, making sure i was comfortable the entire way through. From start Lucy ensured that i was well and comfortable. I barely felt the piercings, Lucy is absolutely wonderful. I’ll definitely be back!!

I got my daughters name and date of birth tatted on my arm today and had an amazing experience. Not only was the staff friendly and polite but the work done by Steve was beautiful. Can not fault the place, would give 6 stars if I could 🙂

Long overdue my review, however, had multiple piercings done by Lucy and I must say I will never go to another piercer again. She’s amazing! Not only is she welcoming but she will answer any kind of questions you ask, give you all the information you need, break down any of the rumours or concerns you have about the piercings and overall makes you feel comfortable. Can’t recommend her enough and I’ve already told friends who have also had their piercings done by Lucy. Keep up the great work!

I had my piercing done by Lucy today and I have to say this was the best experience ever! (and I've been pierced a lot) she's the sweetest and most professional piercer anyone could ever wish for 🙂 she explained everything perfectly and made me feel very safe and welcome. The studio itself has a lovely atmosphere overall, everyone is so nice and friendly! I can 10000% recommend and I'll never go to anyone else from now on!

first tattoo. very anxious person ....... staff super helpful and easy to talk to, low stress and relaxed environment, calming, open ,clean and not cramped in a small studio. Highly recommend to people that may be anxious to visit a studio

BEST TATTOO ARTIST EVER!!!Steve was incredible and exceptionally skilled when doing my tattoo, despite my body going into shock and creating a big challenge through shaking and body spasms, he was patient and very kind about it all. I love the tattoo and could not reccomend Steve as an artist more, don't doubt and just book in with him you will not regret it. I'm so sorry its taken me so long to write this review, I really do appreciate how patient you were with me.

I had such a great experience at Halifax Tattoo Collective, Jade is an amazing artist and she did a brilliant job of reworking two existing tattoos (they look brand new!) and adding another one. She was so calm and focused, and I felt really safe and at ease. Halifax Tattoo Collective and everyone there are so warm, friendly and welcoming. Thank you Jade, Steve and your partner (sorry I don’t know your name)- you are an actual ray of sunshine! I loved chatting to you. Thinking about my next tattoo already, I will be back! X

I will not consider getting tattooed anywhere else after today. The place is amazing. As soon as I stepped through the door, the staff were so friendly making the experience such a joy. If you are unsure about getting a tattoo go here and the advice you get will be 100% in your best interest. A massive thank you to Steve Wade, I couldn't be happier. 5 stars all day long!

I had a tattoo done by Steve today. I sent a rough idea of what I wanted and the design he sent blew me away and was well above my expectations. I LOVE my tattoo and would highly recommend Steve, not only is he amazing at his job, but he's a lovely guy too! I am so happy with my tattoo that I am already booked in for my next session.

At the age of 55, I had my first and only tattoo done here last month. Two and a half hours of pain turned out to be well worth it. My tattooist, Luke was very professional, helpful and and a good bloke. The tattoo itself is all settled down now and looks fantastic. Exactly what I’d hoped for.
